2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed through www.creativewallpaint.com.
3. The Offer
3.1 Products are described accurately.
3.2 Screen colors may differ from real-life colors. Creative Wall Paint is not liable for 3.3 color discrepancies caused by device display settings.
4. The Agreement
The agreement is established once the order is placed and payment is completed.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 All payments are made in advance via:
Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL.
5.2 No pay‑later options are available.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery is available within the Netherlands only.
6.2 Orders are shipped via DHL or another comparable carrier. We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
6.3 Shipping costs
- For orders with a total value of up to €35.00, shipping costs are €4.95.
- For orders with a total value of €35.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.
6.4 Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the carrier’s delivery schedule. While we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
6.5 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and, where available, a tracking link to follow your shipment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 You may return your order within 14 days.
7.2 Items may be inspected as in a physical store, as long as they remain complete and undamaged.
8. Returns
8.1 Returns are free of charge.
8.2 Paint can only be returned if unopened and fully sealed.
8.3 Returns are processed within 5 business days.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5 business days using the same payment method.
10. Warranty
10.1 Legal warranty applies.
10.2 Customers are responsible for correct use and surface preparation.
11. Liability
11.1 Liability is limited to the order amount.
11.2 No liability for indirect damages or incorrect usage.
12. Complaints
12.1 Complaints can be submitted via info@creativewallpaint.com.
12.2 If no solution is found, customers may use the EU ODR platform.
13. Governing Law
Dutch law applies.
