Yes. You can return your order for free within the legal 14‑day reflection period.
During the legal 14‑day reflection period, you may open your package and inspect the products, just as you would in a physical store. This means the box may be opened and posters or printed materials may be taken out of their sleeves, as long as all items remain complete and undamaged.
Paint can only be returned if the jars are completely unopened and the safety seal is still intact. Once the seal has been broken, we are unable to accept the return because the quality and freshness of the paint can no longer be guaranteed.
When returning an item, please send all products back in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.
- Email us at info@creativewallpaint.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- You’ll receive a DHL return label from us.
- Drop off your parcel at a DHL point.
- Once we’ve received your return, we’ll
process it within 5 business days.
Email us right away at info@creativewallpaint.com and include a photo of the damage.
We’ll look for a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Within 5 business days after your return has been processed, using the same payment method you used for your order.
