Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order for free within the legal 14‑day reflection period.
When can I return paint and other products during the reflection period?
During the legal 14‑day reflection period, you may open your package and inspect the products, just as you would in a physical store. This means the box may be opened and posters or printed materials may be taken out of their sleeves, as long as all items remain complete and undamaged.
Paint can only be returned if the jars are completely unopened and the safety seal is still intact. Once the seal has been broken, we are unable to accept the return because the quality and freshness of the paint can no longer be guaranteed.
When returning an item, please send all products back in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.
How do I register a return?
It’s very simple. All Creative Wall Paint products are part of Royal Talens, which means returns are processed through the official Royal Talens return portal.
- You can register your return through this link.
- After completing the steps, you’ll receive either a QR code (a DHL label without needing to print) or the option to print the DHL label yourself.
- Returning your order is completely free of charge.
Please note:
If you ordered a Design Kit, make sure to select all three components when registering your return:

- You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your return has been registered. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 5 business days.
- We can only process your return when all components are included.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Email us right away at info@creativewallpaint.com and include a photo of the damage.
We’ll look for a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 5 business days after your return has been processed, using the same payment method you used for your order.
