Choose your Color Set or Design Kit, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
No stress. Email us as soon as possible at info@creativewallpaint.com. Include your order number and the correct details. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually correct the mistake immediately.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to see exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
It may take a few hours before tracking information becomes available. The carrier must scan the package before updates appear. If your tracking link still isn’t working after 24 hours, please reach out to us so we can look into it.
No, at this time we do not offer delivery to pickup points. All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
