How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
When will my order arrive?
If you place your order on a business day before 3:00 PM, your package will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or during weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
Do you charge shipping fees?
- Shipping costs €4.95 for orders under €35.
- Orders of €35 or more are shipped free of charge.
- At this time, shipping is available within the Netherlands only.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the Netherlands only.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to see exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
