Here’s how the guarantee works:

1. Show us what you’re struggling with

Send us a short video within four weeks of receiving your order. Show the entire mural and explain what you’re not satisfied with.

2. We’ll review it together

One of our artists will assess your request and contact you by phone or email.

3. We’ll help you move forward

Upon approval, you’ll receive a new set for the same design. If necessary, we’ll schedule an in-person assistance visit to help you perfect your mural together.

Visual artist & technical advisor

You can use the warranty if:

  • You purchased the complete set directly from Amsterdam Paint.
  • You submit your request within four weeks of receipt.
  • You have followed the included preparation guidelines and instructions.
  • Your wall was dry, clean, safe, and suitable for painting.
  • You submit a short video of the entire mural.
  • You provide three possible business days for a potential visit.

What you’ll receive from us:

  • One new set of the same design, size, and color scheme.
  • Personal contact with one of our artists.
  • Together, we’ll determine what assistance is needed. After approval, you’ll receive a new set. If in-person assistance is the best solution, we’ll schedule a single visit of up to three hours.
  • No additional costs within the specified service area.

    You Can Do This Guarantee

    We believe that anyone can create a mural. That’s why we’ve thoroughly tested every design with beginners and creative artists. Still, we understand that painting on your wall for the first time can be nerve-wracking. That’s why you get the You Can Do This Guarantee. Because if, despite our guidance, you’re not able to complete it, we’re here to help.

    The “You Can Do This” Guarantee applies to individual customers who have purchased a complete Creative Wall Paint mural directly from Amsterdam Paint. You must submit your claim no later than four weeks after receiving your order using the guarantee form.

    Include a short video showing the entire mural and explain what you’re not satisfied with. The video will be used solely to assess your claim, unless you give separate permission for publication.

    The warranty applies provided that the surface was suitable and ready for painting, and the included instructions, materials, and recommended preparation steps were reasonably followed. Issues caused by moisture, an unsound or peeling surface, structural defects, modifications you made yourself, or third-party materials are not covered by the warranty.

    After reviewing your request, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate support. This may range from personal advice to additional guidance or a visit from an artist. If necessary, you will receive one replacement set in the same design, size, and color scheme. To schedule any support, please provide us with three possible business days. The final appointment will be confirmed by phone or email. We aim to provide the support within six weeks of your request being approved.

    The warranty can be used once per order and does not entitle you to monetary compensation or a refund. Any on-site support is available free of charge at addresses in the Netherlands that are accessible by car. Any parking and travel costs will be discussed in advance.

    The wall and work area must be safe, dry, accessible, and ready for painting.

    This additional warranty does not limit your statutory rights or statutory warranty.

    The “You Can Do This” Warranty is included with orders placed from August 5 through November 30, 2026. You may submit your request up to four weeks after receiving your order.
